Pros
Small company - people are like family (which might be a Con, depending on the family, LOL!)
You can share your ideas with management & they will be listened to
Lots of opportunities: you can jump in & get it done and they will thank you
When they had the money - the bonus system was really, really good
Able to work from home, very accommodating schedules
Cons
No bonuses for awhile now, company is struggling financially
because of the above: the equipment & infrastructure is getting old - people do a great job updating & patching but that won't last forever
need money, need sales!! Company has GREAT potential in e-Learning - but the world may never see it!!
