Be prepared to handle the harsh environment. Business model is heavily outsource oriented. You probably deal with an outsource team similar size to US office. Have heard in certain business unit the outsource team is not competent and will drown you both physically and mentally. A rule learned from some people resigned before me was that never tell where are you going and keep necessary evidence in case extreme scenario happens.
