Weird... and not in a good way - Producer Top Banana Employee Review

Weird cult-like atmosphere, petty provincially-minded employees. Spineless management. Toxic working environment covered up by a veneer of friendliness and corporate management lingo. Employees thought nothing of lying and clawing each other down to get ahead.... Company is essentially run by middle managers who have the wit, ability and manner of primary school teachers - upper management does nowt. Think of themselves as a creative company, but really have extremely limited vision and ability. Almost takes pride in being small-minded and childish.... They know what's wrong with it, but fixing it might require them to look inward and realise they could be the problem.
