Pros
This is a HEALTHY sales environment where people are not toxic and killing each other over a prospect or a contract. The main reason is beacuse of the company's culture that values effort over achievements and creates a safe place where everyone can shine and we help each other. Management is always open to listen to new ideas and to support you during this sometimes challenging journey (sales is not easy), though, like everywhere, not eveything can be done as there are priorities. Yet there is great transparency in sharing with each employee at whichever level, where the organisation is heading, and this makes you feel part of something bigger than your job role. The team is made overall by hardworking and genuinely nice people which makes the atmosphere great, for me it is like a family.
Cons
No workplace is perfect, but nothing so important to highlight that would outshine the pros. I am happy here.
