Cons

Top Management runs on a clique mentality, meaning that you can’t bring issues to HR for resolution without fear of retaliation. HR and Finance are both managed by the same individual, which is a straight up conflict of interest. HR actively discourages administrative workers from speaking to each other unless it is strictly work related; but allows people they like to be as loud as they want. There is close to zero support from company management if you feel your workload is too demanding. They issue contradicting directives every other week. The management refuses to address core issues and bottlenecks and instead demands that other departments bend over backwards to make things happen. There is no company goal, no support for the workforce, no ethics, and it’s only getting worse each week. The job will run people into the ground to squeeze as much productivity out of them as possible. If someone isn’t a yes-man and raises concerns, they’re targeted by upper management and worked even harder.
