      They pay a very fair wage with a sales bonus. It's a team environment where when one succeeds, everyone does and the office atmosphere is fun and hardworking.

      Cons

      The workload goes down in the winter and we shift to decluttering and office maintenance.

      Good pay and awesome company culture. I plan to retire here.

      Heavy summer hours, lean winter hours. Summer hours and overtime more than make up for the lean months though.

      Pay your bills. Get out of the house.

      Cons

      They struggle to pay their bills and make payments on their equipment. They take a lot of short cuts to try to make an extra buck because they are desperate. Poor business decisions and poor leadership.
