      Pros

      I was an assembler for their display boards. You knew what you were doing when you wnt into work.

      Cons

      The work was somewhat mundane, but I knew what I was going to be doing when I went into work everyday. Decent pay for an entry level job.

      Pros

      Get to work from home 2 days per week. Casual workplace. Manager is great!

      Cons

      Not enough vacation but working from home makes up for that a little.

      Pros

      Intimate-sized company - so you not just an employee number. Hard work and initiative is rewarded. Great environment which fosters growth & encourages asking questions.

      Cons

      Limited room for growth initially but company is growing at a surprising rate which is bringing different opportunities. Guidelines are fluid which makes you have to stay on your toes.
