Management actually cares about their employees. I have had only positive interactions with all of them. The job is easy work and pay is excellent. I genuinely love working for this company, and I plan on staying with the company for a very long time.

Honestly not really any cons. Be good at time management? And make sure you have reliable transportation.
The higher-ups are very supportive and the work is some of the most fun I’ve ever had on the job. You get to lead folks in having fun, which is such a cool experience and feels very worthwhile. The world sucks and it’s nice to be people’s escape for a while.
Cons
You don’t get a lot of hours, just because the shows usually only happen at night and only for a few hours, but it great supplemental income if you’re saving up for something!
