      * Great tools and database to succeed for those who hustle and put in the hours. The comp plans are above industry standard and some have achieved six figure incomes on similar structures. * No micromanagement approach.

      Pros

      Staff is always nice on the phone.

      Cons

      Will not place you else where if there is an issue with the assignment you are in. Even though you are employed by them they put the contract company's needs over your own. If you are having trouble with the employer they expect you to deal with it or find a job elsewhere.
