Top Talent took a chance on me, bringing me in from outside the industry, and I’m incredibly grateful for that opportunity. They’ve been committed to my growth every step of the way, providing resources and support to help me succeed and excel in the logistics space. Over my time here, I’ve seen Top Talent stay strong to its core values, even during challenging times, and it’s inspiring to be part of a team that prioritizes integrity and quality. What stands out the most is the openness to ideas and feedback. When things haven’t worked perfectly, leadership listens and genuinely values input from the team. They work hard to ensure we’re all aligned toward common goals, despite our diverse backgrounds and perspectives. It’s a place where you feel included, respected, and motivated to do your best.

While there are so many postitives I would have to say the cons are ones that will improve with time. I think the cons would be just the industries we recruit in are not always industries that are thriving and can make it harder to recruit but no harder than the next place.. Really not anything Top Talent could change.
