Pros

Used to be a really fun place to work with great people who are no longer with the company

Cons

Private Equity and poor Senior leadership basically gutted this company. Continued massive layoffs with little reassurance from senior leadership about the direction of the company. Just strange analogies as you see your work load triple watching colleagues walk out the door. The lack of any clear direction from senior leadership is causing mass rumors and panic to take place. You literally have no idea if your job is safe or not from the day to day. The entire IT, IT Apps and Engineering teams have been gutted due to outsourcing. Senior leadership and users have already started complaining about the glacial pace in terms of turn around time on tickets since the outsourcing company took over. The company makes a lot of money but somehow cannot let us spend any of said money to improve the environment. However they can fly multiple teams of people out to California or the Netherlands for "kick offs" and "leadership training". Career advancement here has basically ground to a halt, part of why I left. Compensation here is wildly out of tune with the market, especially in California where the company INSISTS people must be hired. Even then they still felt the need to gut basically the entire IT department.
