Pros

Flexible working with 3 days in the office, up to 4 weeks of remote working from anywhere, flexible working time, good travel perks.

Cons

very limited growth opportunity, management is not always listening or understanding the employee challenges and needs. Salary review every 2 years (non negotiable) so yearly appraisal is not entirely considered as an opportunity for progression in your career, promotions or salary increase.

Pros

Great lifestyle for the right individual. See the country and meet amazing people along the way. If you enjoy living out of a suitcase and have the stamina to work for weeks at a time this is the job for you.

Cons

Seasonal work. Unpredictable schedule. Low pay.

Pros

Excellent opportunities for travel. Great co-workers who train you well.

Cons

Unless you're caucasian, there really is no opportunity for advancement. Did not see one single minority represented among Trip Leaders. Co-workers were more welcoming than managers. They claim they hire a diverse staff. What you actually see remains to be questioned.
