Flexibility and work life balance.
Famils and cheap tours.
Good environment for early 20 somethings who love to travel, drink and fit in with the crowd.
Cons
Clicky and too informal. If you don't get approval from the cool kids, you won't be made welcome.
No support from Senior Management/HR/Leadership.
Negative environment.
Overworked. Underpaid. Not appreciated

Great lifestyle for the right individual. See the country and meet amazing people along the way. If you enjoy living out of a suitcase and have the stamina to work for weeks at a time this is the job for you.
Cons
Seasonal work. Unpredictable schedule. Low pay.

Pros
Excellent opportunities for travel. Great co-workers who train you well.
Cons
Unless you're caucasian, there really is no opportunity for advancement. Did not see one single minority represented among Trip Leaders. Co-workers were more welcoming than managers. They claim they hire a diverse staff. What you actually see remains to be questioned.
