There really aren’t any pros for this place unless you’re one of the “boys”

Super unorganised Toxic yard environment Boss prone to screaming at people on a regular basis Constant changing of plans - Will change your roster during your break and make you return to work 4 days into a week off for a 4 week swing “Hurry up and look busy” mentality Have seen management fire new hires for not picking up role duties quickly enough but don’t offer any training or for not being able to lift 80kg+ tubes immediately
