      1. Mid-size public accounting firm with approximately 50 professionals with room to grow 2. Hands-on management allows staff to work closely with all levels of professionals 3. A variety of industry focuses and well-rounded professionals 4. Comfortable / Flexible work environment 5. Competitive salary and above-average bonuses

      1. Tax season hours (but not really any worse than other CPA firms) 2. Not the best education reimbursement program compared to other firms

      Great people, engaging environment. We were able to learn about different teams and tax niches, and we also had a lot of fun. Highly recommend.

      None, genuinely. The work is sometimes tedious, but that's too be expected.
