Pros
Leadership and peers all seem to genuinely care and make meaningful professional connections. I have been able to grow in my career in my time here, and they support that. They are well intentioned in their actions and it definitely helps create a safe professional environment. They treat everyone with respect. Especially in the accounting world, but truly any industry, they are an awesome employer. Hybrid work options are awesome. I choose to be in the office about three times a week and it's perfect. There is no pressure, but having the option to work remote is crucial and I appreciate having the ability to do so.
Cons
I mean tax season is hard but that's true anywhere. They really do everything they can to mitigate hardship in those months.
