Pros

Lots of young people working, easy to make friends.

Cons

Extremely high turnover of staff, but constantly hire new people instead of looking into why people are leaving. Very poorly managed. Don't give the hours promised, barely getting 15 when told I could get 40+ when hired. They have cancelled shifts on the same week with no regard to how it will affect the workers, staff are also sent home very often again with no regard to staff needing the hours. Managers don't appreciate staff and are often stood around chatting to each other on shift not doing a whole lot. The one-sided zero hour contracts leave the staff uncertain of how much they will get paid for the week, often promising more hours and then going back on the promise.

Pros

Fun company events, you have options on apparel to wear as long as it’s TopGolf.

Cons

Too many managers trying to micro manage. Bartending here sucks as you’re basically a service bartender. Anytime someone comes to the bar, you have to send them back to order from their bayhost. The drinks are cheater drinks, with the idea of making them easier to make quickly, but quality suffers. Good place for a green/beginner bartender. My advice is skip bartender and be a bay host. You’ll work less and make waaaay more because they put the gameplay ($20-$70/hr depending on day and time) on your food and beverage check and then people tip on the total.
