Pros
I worked for 3-4 years in Haldor Topsoe, India. Although co.'s outlook has significantly deteriorated under current management. It has some overall exceptional plus points: Generous leave policy, Excellent work life balance, International/ cross-cultural exposure and Travel opportunities, Good learning opportunities.....company is good for complacent people who are not aiming too high and wish to settle down somewhere!
Cons
Monotonous job....although u learn a lot as a beginner, there's lack of vertical growth due to almost flat hierarchy, Low-end salary compared to industry standard, Annual bonus not linked with employee's individual performance...it is linked to whole company's performance which means that even if u slog hard whole year, u may not get anything at year end due to bad management decisions. To top it all, HR division is really incompetent and unprofessional. You get misleading information suiting to their convenience. Policies are not transparent and they don't care about employee's grievance redressal
