Pros

The team is super motivated, with a supportive vibe, cool product ideas, and a flexible schedule. Management genuinely cares about career growth and is easy to talk to. Overall, I'd rate my experience a solid 9/10. You get special perks like working with the most fast-growing, exciting companies as your clients and you can troubleshoot anytime on the slack channel and teams from different apartments will come to help you. Also, the team offsite is nice too

Cons

I'm personally not a big fan of the WFH set-up but heard they set up an office in Boston

Pros

Working as a Product Manager at Topsort is fulfilling because the company trusts PMs to guide product direction. You’re given autonomy while also supported by collaborative teams. The role blends strategic thinking, market research, and hands-on execution. User feedback is prioritized, so PMs feel connected to real-world outcomes. There’s close alignment with engineers, designers, and data teams, ensuring smooth delivery. The culture is open to experimentation, which makes innovating easier. Leadership encourages transparent communication, so expectations are clear. You also get opportunities to shape roadmaps that directly impact clients globally, which is both exciting and challenging.

Cons

Balancing feature requests and timelines can be tough.

Pros

Good team members, everyone outside of management is hard working.

Cons

CEO needs psycological help. Don't read these comments and think, "what a challenge! I will be the acception." You wont. Worst job i've ever had, Horrible management team, especially CEO who is not self aware and a deeply disturbed individual.
