Pros

A lot of talented folks here.. but most of them are burning out or leaving. It’s just not a healthy place to be

Cons

Topsort might seem like an exciting place to work, but the reality is extremely toxic. The CEO clearly lacks experience, and it affects everything: constant changes in direction, poor planning, and zero long-term vision. Decisions are made with no real logic, and the environment is always chaotic. There’s no HR, no real structure, and no middle management, everyone reports directly to Regina, which only adds pressure and confusion. The leadership style is aggressive and controlling. I was literally yelled at in front of others by her (something that had never happened to me in my entire career). It’s honestly shocking that someone like this is in charge. There’s no respect for personal time either, people are expected to work nonstop, even during vacations!

Pros

Working as a Product Manager at Topsort is fulfilling because the company trusts PMs to guide product direction. You’re given autonomy while also supported by collaborative teams. The role blends strategic thinking, market research, and hands-on execution. User feedback is prioritized, so PMs feel connected to real-world outcomes. There’s close alignment with engineers, designers, and data teams, ensuring smooth delivery. The culture is open to experimentation, which makes innovating easier. Leadership encourages transparent communication, so expectations are clear. You also get opportunities to shape roadmaps that directly impact clients globally, which is both exciting and challenging.

Cons

Balancing feature requests and timelines can be tough.

Pros

Good team members, everyone outside of management is hard working.

Cons

CEO needs psycological help. Don't read these comments and think, "what a challenge! I will be the acception." You wont. Worst job i've ever had, Horrible management team, especially CEO who is not self aware and a deeply disturbed individual.
