Pros
From the first conversation, I knew this was different. The interview process was thoughtful and respectful. Every person I talked to showed up as a real human being, not a corporate robot, and that set the tone for what working here has been like so far.
The culture is genuinely collaborative. People are warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. Leadership recognized what I could bring to the table from the start and moved quickly to bring me on. It’s the kind of place where you feel seen and valued, not just like another hire filling a seat.
I joined this year but I’m already excited about what I’ll be able to build here. The team leads with empathy and shows up for each other in ways I haven’t experienced everywhere. It feels good to be somewhere that actually operates the way they said they would in the interviews.
Cons
I’m still new, so I’m learning the systems and figuring out how everything connects. As a remote team, it takes some intentional effort to build relationships across departments, but people have been welcoming and helpful in getting me up to speed. No concerns so far, just the usual learning curve that comes with any new role.
