Hands-down some of the greatest coworkers I've ever had. Topstep puts people first, and supports your growth. Truly a place where you can wear many hats and chart your own path.
Cons
Growing pains and some significant shakeups over the last year or so. It seems that Topstep needed these changes to get realigned and back onto a great track. It's the nature of the stage of Topstep - you will not get corporate rigidity here (pro for some, con for others)
