Pros

1 day remote, decent benefits and PTO

Cons

Production department lacks diversity. There is no actual training you learn as you go and ask your co-worker questions. No weekly touch base meetings. There was little to no communication from higher ups.

Small team so you need to be prepared to pitch in where needed.

Pros

-competitive pay -a cool line for your portfolio if you want to be a kids designer -also a good place if you are a woman who has worked with management previous to this, if you do not meet this criteria my suggestion is to run the other direction.

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever worked - The management is only respectful to people they know for many years and later rehired, everyone else gets treated like garbage. -everyone is expected to come in early (boss gets in at 6am) and stay late every day, even if you have kids. -everyone gets their lunch delivered, taking even a 30 min lunch is frowned upon. if you eat at your desk expect to get interrupted by management. -8am to 8pm is considered a standard workday where no one is thankful you came in early or stayed that late. even if you have kids. -everyone here seems kinda sad, out of shape, and okay with management treating them poorly. -My manager once handed me what turned out to be 30 hours worth of work at 4pm and then acted like i was incompetent for not being able to get it done by end of day. This is the kind of unreasonable environment they have created.
