Pros
I have several reasons why I love working at Toptal. First, it is fully remote. I never was an office person in the first place, so I struggled in my previous job when I had to come to the office most of the time until Covid started. Second, I love the financial freedom that I get by working at Toptal, the rates in Toptal are more competitive than what an average local company could offer and that is great. Third, I love the freedom of movement, and I do not have to ask for permission to travel if I want to and that is AMAZING. Fourth, I can take breaks whenever I want to. In my previous job, I had to ask for unpaid leave and explain why I needed it, here at Toptal I own my plans. Fifth, once you are part of the Toptal network you are always there, you don't have to think about resignation etc., you just work when you want to). Sixth, there is a great support for community events, and I really appreciate it as a Community Leader. Seventh, Toptal has a great culture where people trust you, so no time/computer screen tracking systems like in some other platforms which I would never consider joining in the first place.
