Don’t believe anything Toptal tells you - Manager Toptal Employee Review

After being here for awhile I’ve now realized Toptal is all bark and no bite. Most everything is just a PR or marketing trick. You see all those 5 star ratings, they’re because HR tells people to write them. Most of them aren’t even from people that actually work here. They’re from freelancers that use Toptal. And most of those are still fake. Ask yourself have you ever worked at a company with no negative traits? I bet not. So is it really possible a random company no one has heard of has a bunch of glowing reviews saying there’s not a single con about working here? There’s a reason why there’s constant turnover here. Toptal is now offering extra referral bonuses for current employees because they’re so many openings. My advice to job seekers - don’t believe anything this company tells you.
