* Good team leader - I can't overstate the support offered by my immediate superior during my time at TorFX. As well as being approachable and friendly, she was also generous in permitting holiday requests and was highly flexible when working around absent team members and emergencies. There was a high amount of enthusiasm about the job, which was appreciated. * Immersion in current affairs. Cons
* No clear structure in place for promoting content writers or improving their skills. * High turnover of writers - 5 team members left in the space of 3 years. * Repetitive daily workload - a matter of opinion, but apart from occasional blogging and researching opportunities, the bulk of the work is writing about currency exchange and the same currency pairings. * In-office radio. A difficult one - while this did provide some welcome background noise, hearing the same songs every day did get repetitive.
