Pros
In a company you have to work. It's called a workplace. How you do it depends on several factors: Working environment - open/closed, the employees are allowed to make modifications that suite their needs (requests are answered by management ASAP) - no websites blocked but torrents. Do your work as it suits you, just get it done and get it done well (it's your job, remember) Powerful equipment -Tora has it. PCs, servers, you name it. Hardware requests mostly approved (if they're not absurd) Catering - the food you choose, delivered to the doorstep. (the company recently changed the catering company at it's own employees request and for the better) Good salary - as per merit Teambuildings - offshore, once a year, plus a week off work, not taken from your own holidays Overall business status - management comes once a year to show everyone how the company's been doing plus invites everyone for dinner at the company's expense Training programs - as requested by employees, training programs are held for various reasons (automation and OOP for QAs, communication training for management) Offshore work - Colleagues working in Japan, Hong Kong
Cons
you can't get along with everybody, but that's to be expected Some colleagues are a little bit arrogant
