      Pros

      Coworkers were really great. Sometimes the calls were exciting. I do recommend it if you want a work from home job.

      Management does nothing to help with the understaffing

      Pros

      Job itself is great, on time bonus, extra pay on weekends, lots of instances where food is brought in, pizza every Saturday.

      Cons

      No praise on how well you are doing, employees are known to slack off after being brought to attention by management and nothing is done, NO sick time, building is old and falling apart, never felt job security.
