Main issue was an abundance of redundant tasks, poor operating systems, lack of structured management guidance.
At one time there was a clear strategy and vision, but now there is no clear leadership, and the company is more fractured than ever.
Cons
When the controlling interest of the company was sold, the investors put someone in charge who is sadly lacking what it takes to run a service company. Constant knee jerk reactions, mixed messages and more interested in employing family members than keeping the talent that once was there.
This person wouldn't know the meaning of the word Team if it bit him on the rear end.
