- A lot, I mean a lot of Learning opprtunity. - Owners are at the store everday, they even come and help you close a sale - Big inventory helps close clients quickly - Some managers are really good and teach you a lot - You have a lot of freedom to choose your way, no strict SOP or a Guidebook to follow.

- Cars takes some time to get ready - Aftersales agent could be better - Because it's a high volume dealership, it feels chaotic at times.

This place isn't going to be your dream place to be, neither you are going to work here until you are ready to retire, but this is the best place to start your career with, the best thing is the owner is involved in day to day business and you get to learn a lot. The company does have its own challenges but if you are ready to learn the owners and managers are very eager to teach aswell. Also they have a huge inventory so makes selling a car little easier.

The biggest setback I feel this place has is when there is a problem you have to jump through many hoops to get it resolved.
