Pros

Can't think of many, great non-management team.

Cons

There are a bunch of dinosaurs that work here at the highest level and you are heavily micro managed. They are trying to catch up with the diversity yet the very few employees who are people of color get paid peanuts. Toxic culture and very political. Constant backstabbing, poor leadership, and no advancement opportunities. Corrupt, crumbling infrastructure. All decisions are top down without obtaining feedback or suggestions from the people actually doing the work. Monolithic and incapable of improving their own processes despite spending tens of thousands on outside consultants. Fear based management style from the CEO, delay in bonus payments because CEO spent taxpayers money on new furniture. CEO uses organization's social media channels to promote himself and even his family. Leadership team should be removed, their salaries and bonuses are paid by the government and it's scandalous how much they make and how little they work, especially in current economic climate. I will be leaving as soon as I can.

Pros

Work with some smart people (regular staff) The work is rewarding.

Cons

The organization is being run into the ground by incompetent management- losing partners and continued funding is unlikely. Little to no office culture. Management does not interact let alone respect its staff. 90% of staff are actively looking for new employment.
