Cons

- Poor growth / promotion opportunities: Because it being a public section organization there are very poor growth opportunities. People are working on same position for average of 8-10 years (good for people with no career ambitions & only working for pay)

Best job I ever had. Good working environment. People are nice and helpful. Many chances to grow with in the organization

Its in down town so travelling is difficult. Unless you live in down town then it is a huge plus.
