You will hear them criticize you everywhere and has million micro mini reasons to not give you raise or benefits, all during or around the time they need to give you bonus or increment. If you love to work to death then you may come and give your all here. And especially if you dont have any social life then this is the best place to be! And they will force you to pay the "training allowance" for the training they never gave you, and if you don't then they will block your salary and your relieving letter. They will brag about the integrity, mutual understanding and compromise values they don't follow. So they are only looking for those who will just live under their shoes without arguing. If you like, you may apply and lead a happy life with the so called "green family", that has nothing green about them.
