Can do overtime and make money- probably due to covid labour crunch

Salary is 26.18$ for driving a heavy vehicle for an entire year before you get .80 cents raise for next 6 months and then it becomes 29$ Unruly people on board will curse at you occasionally Get told off for every little thing or mistake by management Broken shifts- take your entire day and get paid for only working hours Won’t tell you sick leave hours available- otherwise you might call sick Payroll officers often miss your overtime and unless you find out and report it- don’t expect to get paid for it Long working hours with no particular time for toilet breaks unless you pull over and make people on board wait to use toilet- you will end up always rushing not to make people late for their destination Management will make you feel inferior and will fire you if you try to unionise They will offer benefits to some employees to make them for work for management and keep a check on other employees- has happened to a lot of employees

Paid training and license upgrade. Full time contract
