      They select you in the interview and keep giving false hopes. You complete the entire process along with medical check up and salary is also discussed . At the end during sharing offer letter they inform you that the position is on hold.

      I have no pros to share.

      Cons

      Couldn't finish onboarding due to being micromanaged so much. Strange/suspicious practices regarding remote employee start up costs. Steer clear. They couldn't provide a legitimate corporate address in NJ.
