Cons
<15/hr. For lead position. Expected to work on the floor, deal with customers, shipment, doordash, web orders and all retail clothing related things on your own for most of the day with no coverage.
Management unable to properly hold associates accountable for inability to complete tasks leading to resentment and distrust of upper management. Lack of proper coverage most of the time as 119 labor hours was usually our max hours for all employees for the whole week. Lack of proper communication when it came to policy changes, work updates or expectations. Guilt trips when unable to work due to disabilities and pre existing conditions. Management lets crocodile tears of employees sway their judgements even though said associates always have a bad attitude and literally drive customers away.
