      Inexperienced Operations Management in MDL Case Acquisition. As result mgmt hiring and relying heavily on 3rd party consultants, led to poor advice coupled with inadequate infrastructure of software and systems, put the company in a dire financial downspin. Cut staff of Intake Dept from 11 to 4 within a few weeks.

      After a few months on the job I really only have good things to say: - Communicative and collaborative people - Talented colleagues who are appropriately focused on business value - An approachable and open executive team who seek out feedback on how things could be improved - Autonomy to implement new ideas as they align with the company' goals - Competitive compensation, benefits, and a fully remote work force

      Cons

      The company has exponential growth since its creation so if you are not comfortable with a fast moving and evolving environment then it might not be the place for you.
