Pros
- Product is really needed in the energy industry
- Teams are collaborative despite being mostly remote
- Work is shown in front of company every 100 days
- Remote work allows for flexibility for my family
- Transparency of the business (for the most part)
Cons
- It's a startup so we are constantly figuring out a lot of things
- Heavy workload towards the 100 day events
