Good for Beginners - Blockchain SME Tosh Innovations Employee Review

I am currently working in Tosh Innovations private limited since last 1.5 years and have never faced any problems. Except some work pressure when the release is going to production for new SaaS company is working, there is nothing to complain about. Those who are talking bad about the company are the people who do 1 days task in 10 days and that also not perfectly. No company will ever keep you for doing such things for a long time. They have to fire you for non-performance , and what you can do the most to take your revenge or to hurt the company is to give poor review to the company and the CEO. I have always received my salary on time, not even one day it was delayed. CEO is too much focused on paying everyone on time, no matter what. I have seen CEO giving references to ex employees for the university admissions with good words, helping employees in their personal life too which is pretty cool also.

CEO (Toshendra ) is really very unprofessional CEO i have ever seen in my career. If any thing happens wrong from employee he'll shout on him/her like a maniac. He needs each and every work immediately. If it just goes he'll say "Muje app/website develop chahiye within 7 days ". He'll ask for resign if you asked for hike in salary. His three companies already shut down , soon it'll be 4th in the list. CTO (Rohendra) is very very diplomatic person. Something happend with team he'll be out from that situation. He's very egoistic person , if you demand for right thing , he'll say join the other company, and put mail after mail for really minor bugs just to satisfy his ego. He have 10 yrs of experience and don't know standardization of code. If he do any work will represent you like he's writing code for google. If you join this company, will get great chance to meet with him "Copy Cat Developer." ZERO chance for growth. Suggestion : Try for other companies.
