      - Great colleagues with pretty good support. - Resources are plentiful if you know who to ask. - Mid management is good and pretty supportive.

      Cons

      - Bit of a boys club. - Some unrealistic targets for the current events. - Pay needs to be more competitive.

      Pros

      Flexible hybrid work, lots of freedom and autonomy, good biz performance and budget, feel respected and valued, pay is much better than the competitor I previously worked for

      Cons

      Limited opportunities to move up due to small subsidiary size, lots of meetings and some repetitive work, no real office perks like food etc, sometimes work/life balance are not good but it evens out over time
