Pros

Remote flexibility and opportunity to gain experience in care coordination, patient outreach, and transitions of care. Leadership gave employees exposure to different departments and workflows, which helped broaden operational understanding. The role also provided valuable experience working with Medicare populations, scheduling follow-ups, and navigating healthcare engagement workflows in a fast-paced environment. Team members were generally supportive and willing to help one another.

Cons

Frequent workflow and role changes sometimes created confusion around expectations and priorities. Operational processes and systems occasionally felt disorganized, particularly with lead management and outreach tracking, which made it difficult to accurately manage productivity and patient follow-up. KPIs could feel challenging to meet consistently due to process inefficiencies and shifting workflows. Communication and long-term structure could also be improved to better support employees and scalability
