      Good people to work with, but.....

      Cons

      Owners are difficult and untrustworthy. Be ready to become a telemarketer. At least 200 calls a week, or you get canned. You also have to provide your own leads with no help from your Manager

      Local work, Weekly pay , 401k matching .

      Cons

      Micro management, favoritism to certain technicians, This used to be a great/ Family company at one time & went to hell in a hand basket real fast once management changed a few times .
