They pay decent salaries and have a good work/life balance.
Cons
The board and most team heads are completely out of touch, lacking empathy and understanding of what people need, want or what is happening in the world and industry around them. The fact that they scapegoated the CEO for the massive layoffs and replaced him with someone who lacks any leadership skills (and was equally responsible for the bad years) speaks volumes.
There is just no clear vision for the future and instead of investing in their people and the culture, they continue to cut budgets. I think joining the Yuma Group is their biggest mistake and I believe it will likely lead to their downfall.
