Poor training, constantly moving people around in different position lacking experience to do the job.

Great RRSP matching plan. Fair wages. Lots of BBQs.

Layoffs of most experienced employees, replaced with new-hires (Spectrum Process Systems), while telling shareholders that they only keep the "A-Team". Not a good place for a long career if high turnover rate is intentional.
