Pros
Leadership makes a point to connect with team members all across the company. They are always willing to connect or have a coffee with you! Leadership cares about their employees and it really shows! Team members are always reaching across the org to make sure everyone has what they need to be set up for success! I feel very empowered in my role and wake up each day excited to come to work!
Cons
A few growing pains, but we are in it together and everyone is excited about where the company is going!
