Pros
It may sound cliché, but I don't care--the people here are really really good at their jobs. They care. They work hard. They like each other. We have a ton of fun. It's why I get out of bed every day. But the other half of it is the opportunity I see at Total Expert. Our customers love us and it's because we make their lives easier and help them solve some major headaches. We have a tremendous product-market fit and we're continuing to open up new markets within financial services with every capability we deliver. I've read some of the other reviews on Glassdoor and I have to say--high growth SaaS isn't for everyone. It's not easy, but it is rewarding. It's a constant drumbeat of good, challenging work. This is my third mid-size SaaS company in a row and there's a reason for that--I don't think I'd do well at big companies (or startups, for that matter). I love the thrill of growing pipelines, building teams, watching individuals make big impact. That's what I get at Total Expert. That's why I'm happy to be here.
