Finances: TE just went through their third layoff in 365 days and that will not be the end of it. Yet still paying for a presidents club trip when one sales rep might make their number for the year and that’s not an exaggeration.
Leadership: The C-suite doesn’t even pretend to enjoy what they’re doing and are working day and night to get the company sold, take their cash, and run. Culture is an after thought.
Sexism: The sexism is rampant. Women are treated as less than by nearly all male leaders. The top female leaders have all left or been fired. They’re now asking lower-level women to present on company calls and conferences because they don’t want it to be seen as an issue.
