Pros
They call you a technician, but is a 100-percent commission sales job. That's all it is. The technical aspect of it is so simple that they're irrelevant. You sell X, you get Y. That's honest. The guy who runs it, Chris, is a good dude who shoots it straight with his employees. The amount of money you could make is (theoretically) unlimited.
Cons
You will not make very much money. Oh, you will hear tall tales of a guy in Dallas who's gonna bust six figs this year, or some guy who was making $5,000 a month before he got snatched up by some other company. You will even have co-workers exaggerating their take-home pay. Interestingly, it seems like all salespeople/technicians are cars-falling-apart broke. You have to work six days a week. They're slick with how they pitch the salary. Just make sure you understand it completely. I never saw anywhere near the number of sales opportunities they indicated would be available. It all depends on which dealership you get sent to. If it's a busy one, you'll be OK. If it's a slow one, you're sunk.
