      Pros

      TMC is a family. The previous management is gone and the new management cares about employees, working conditions and company morale. Pay is every Friday and is on time. I encourage anyone considering employment to give TMC a try.

      They had challenges in the past but not anymore.

      Pros

      BAD PAY, Good Training, Shady felon employees, Micromanage people break them down and make them feel bad when they haven't done anything.

      Cons

      Illegal and scammy job practices. Hired children secrely sometimes. Hired felons. Has trouble paying employees. Terrible job Detail. Painful to work in with bad sales teqniques.

      this was my first job ever and it was nice to learn the system and call center but get what you can and leave

      sales, gossip, favoritism it was a tacky job that hires anyone to sell plans and minutes to poor customers
