Start up, fast paced environment. It is a small privately owned company. Lots of visibility for work being done. Have a chance to interact with management.
Cons
Executive management does not have an idea on what works. They are using old concepts to compete in a environment that is changing everyday. As a result a lot of top people have left the company. The payments industry is a challenging place and I have seen mediocre to worst product launches year after year. Sales and Marketing have no clue on what to sell. Engineering is always behind. Product team has fantasies on what should be released but no grasp of reality or what is essential to compete in today's market place. No growth for employees. HR team is the worst I have come across in a long time.
